The Terror Festival of 2018 is here. Get scared in the Dark Zone haunted house, take a shot at some Zombies or just chill out with a snow cone! A portion of the proceeds of this event go to benefit programs and charities.
- Zombigeddon shooting gallery- The shooing gallery is fun for all ages! $5 gets you 50 shots.
- The Dark Zone Haunt- This haunted house is full of ghosts, frights and all things DARK ZONE!
- Onsite concessions & vendors- SnoBiz and Backyard Burger will be on site to provide all the food and refreshments you could need for a night full of terror!
General Admission is 10$. Gates open each Friday and Saturday at 7pm and stay open until 10pm.

Head to Lazy U Farm for a day full of fall activities for all ages. Lazy has hay rides, a pumpkin patch, a playground, duck races, a corn maze, swings, farm animals and more! Admission is $8, and kids under two get in for free. Admission includes all activities and kids get to take home a pumpkin as well!

Historic Vicksburg has multiple tours. From ghost tours, city tours, driving and walking tours to cemetery tours, Haunted Vicksburg is ready to kick this Halloween season into gear! Morgan Gates serves as the tour guide. Gates has been conducting tour in Vicksburg since 2007 and is a licensed guide for the Vicksburg National Military Park.

From September 29th to October 28th, The Pumpkin Patch at Lazy Acres invites you to join in on celebrating fall with fun, food and great activities for the whole family! Admission is $9 on Fridays and $10 on Saturdays and Sundays. Kids under 2 are free and admission does not cover the cost of a pumpkin to take home(pumpkins range from $3-$6).

The Olde Towne Depot is selling pumpkins from their pumpkin patch! The Olde Towne Depot is closed Sunday and Monday, but open Tuesday 12-5pm and Wednesday – Saturday 9am- 5pm. For more information on the depot check them out here!

The Pumpkin adventure will take place from 9am to noon on October 10-13, 17-20 & 24-26 at the MS Agriculture & Forestry Musuem. This adventure includes a fun-filled hayride around the AG museum as well as a pumpkin patch to find the perfect pump to carve. Admission is $7 and they ask that if your group has 10 or more people to please call and make a reservation.
*October 13 & 20 are Family Day with adjusted hours from 10am to 3pm.*
The spirit of Halloween in the air has the McRaven home inviting guests to a special tour of the home on October 13th and 17th. The Halloween Ghost Hunts will include the 8:30 haunted tour. After the haunted tour, the ghosts and spirits will provide the guests with refreshments and time to get to know your team and lead investigators. After that, the investigations will begin! This hunt is extremely hands on!
The McRaven Home is also open for a variety of tours throughout the week. There are three types of tours- history tour, haunted tour and a combo of both! Here are the hours of operation:
- Monday- Thursday: 10am-5pm
- Friday & Saturday: 10am-5pm & 7-9pm
- Sunday: 1-5pm & 7-9pm
History Tour: 1 hour
History Tours are offered on the hour and half hour each day with the last tour starting at 4:30 p.m. During the History Tour, you will gain insight into the entire house including a rare frontier kitchen, rooms from three periods, museum quality antiques, and a Civil War gallery with artifacts that were found on the property. Tourists will also have the chance to stroll throughout the 3 acre garden that once served as a Confederate Field Hospital. History tours are with a certified guide.
Haunted Tour: 1 hour 15 mins
Haunted tours begin at 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Haunted tours may be arranged on Monday through Thursday night at the same times with a group of four or more. Reservations are recommended due to limited space. Named as “Mississippi’s Most Haunted House,” you will learn about the most active ghosts at McRaven and have a chance to meet them as you linger throughout the house. Haunted Tours are with a costumed guide.
History & Haunted Combination Tour:
This popular package allows guests to fully experience McRaven by combining both the history and haunted tours. The two tours may be taken on the same or separate days.

Lucky Town Brewing Company Haunted Tours
On October 26th, Lucky Town will be hosting it’s 3rd annual Haunted Brewery Tours. This event will have beer, a costume contest, candy and more! Doors to the event open at 4, and the costume contest will be held at 9:30.
