The District at Eastover has announced an exciting lineup of events for the fall season including the return of The District Green Live, The Market and The District Farmer’s Market, among others.

The District Green Live
Thursday Nights, 6-8 p.m., 9/20-11/15
This live music series highlights the music we all know and love. The District Green Live appeals to all ages with performances ranging from throwback oldies, to country and current-day hits. The District Green is an ideal place for friends, family and co-workers to gather and enjoy the fall temps and a go-cup. Live music fills the air from 6-8 p.m. on nine consecutive Thursday evenings. Arrive early to secure your spot on The District Green: Go-Cups Encouraged, Lawn Chairs Welcome.
The District Farmer’s Market
Sunday Afternoons, 3-6 p.m., 9/23-11/18
Back by popular demand, The District Farmer’s Market is a community favorite, giving area residents the opportunity to support Mississippi Farmers. The market takes place every Sunday afternoon for the fall growing season. Live music and extras such as face painting or cooking demonstrations create a real sense of community around the farmer’s market.
Second Saturday of Each Month
“The Market” is a monthly art market featuring the works of local artists, makers and other creatives. Enjoy live music and sweet treats as you shop local art, gifts, crafts and handmade goods from Jackson’s creative community
Fridays at 7 a.m., through November
The District at Eastover offers complimentary yoga classes each week on The District Green. Led by one of the area’s top instructors, Rick McKnight, District Yoga offers participants the opportunity to rejuvenate and practice yoga in an outdoor setting. Bring your own yoga mat.
Halloween Movie Night
Friday, October 26, 7 p.m.
The District will celebrate Halloween with a special family movie night featuring the Halloween Classic, “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” Kids are encouraged to arrive in costume and should expect tricks and treats throughout The District. The screening will take place on The District Green so arrive early to secure your spot: Go-Cups Encouraged, Lawn Chairs Welcome.
